Within 5 working days of the order. Nothing is held in a warehouse: your order is the instruction to make the garment, which is why it takes a few days rather than a few hours.

UK postage is free over £60.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery, for any reason, provided the garment is unworn and unwashed with its labels on. Tell us first so we can give you the address. We refund the price you paid and the standard outbound postage within fourteen days of getting it back.

If it arrived faulty or is not what this site said it was, we cover the postage both ways. That is on top of your legal rights, which nothing here reduces.

Sizes

Size exchanges are free within the United Kingdom and we cover both postage legs. Outside the UK, an exchange is a return and a new order, because sending one garment across a border twice costs more than making a second one.
