1. Who holds your data

   Hardman London Ltd (company 17406224, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ) is the data controller for anything you give this site.

2. What we collect, and only what we need

   To send you a garment: your name, delivery address, email address and order. To take the money: nothing. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and never touch this site or our servers, so we could not store a card number if we wanted to.

   If you join the list: your email address, and nothing else. If you write to us: whatever is in the message.

3. What we do not do

   There is no advertising tracker, no analytics script, no session recorder and no third-party cookie on this site. Your basket lives in your own browser's storage and is never sent anywhere except to start a checkout.

   We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing. Ever.

4. Who else sees it

   Three processors, each doing one job: Stripe takes the payment, the production and fulfilment partner receives the name and address needed to make and post the parcel, and the email provider holds the list if you joined it. Each is bound to use the data only for that job.

5. How long we keep it

   Order records for six years, because tax law requires it. List subscriptions until you unsubscribe, which is one click in any email we send. Messages for as long as the conversation is useful and then not.

6. Your rights

   You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. We answer within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
